Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days.
- Custom or personalised items may take 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted couriers for all shipments. Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location:

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@g7t6.com with your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the packaging and items.
- For UK orders, we recommend using tracked services to ensure safe delivery.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.
- We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Combining Orders
- If you place multiple orders, each order is processed and shipped separately unless otherwise requested.
- Combining shipments may take longer if items are made-to-order.
