Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
If you place an order in error and wish to cancel it before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at info@g7t6.com, quoting your order number.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund including standard delivery costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation and are usually completed sooner.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with the returns policy below. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom & Personalised Items (Non-Refundable)
Custom-made, personalised, or engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as permitted under UK consumer law.
These items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Custom engraved items
- Personalised designs
- Made-to-order pieces
Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
If a custom item arrives faulty or damaged, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Returns (Non-Custom Items)
You may return non-custom items within 28 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused
- It is in its original condition
- It is returned in suitable protective packaging
Returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Please include your packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation email with your return.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items must be in a resaleable condition to qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item:
- The original item must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging must not be removed or tampered with
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the replacement item is higher in value, the difference must be paid before dispatch. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be invoiced separately.
We aim to process exchanges within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Dispatch times for replacement items may vary depending on production time.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@g7t6.com as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Photographs of the external packaging
Please retain all original packaging, as it may be required for courier claims. We will assist you promptly.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of:
- The item received
- The packing slip
We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a pre-paid return label where applicable.
